* OCT4/SSEA4 is a representative marker expressed when stem cells are capable of self-replication.
Research & Development
We have a collection and storage system of patient-consented somatic tissues from patients aged 40 y/o or younger conducted following FDA guidelines. These somatic cells are reprogrammed to their pluripotent stem cell state using non-integrative mRNA reprogramming.
Uses
01Can be used as an abundant source of various cells (i.e. liver, heart, etc).
02A tool as in-vitro models for drug discovery (organoids), cell therapy, and basic research
